Viewing the belly of the animal best identifies this relatively normal-looking co-dominant morph. Here a true Yellow Belly will exhibit a clear belly with a shattered pattern running parallel on either side for the length of the body as well as lateral blushing on the sides. The super form of this morph is a beautiful white snake with a fine yellow stripe running down the dorsal known as an Ivory Ball. But it is the possibilities of what this modest looking morph presents to one’s breeding projects that makes it most impressive of all. When crossed into other morphs, the Yellow Belly has acted as almost a genetic accelerator. For example, when bred to a Pastel Ball, the outcome is a more extreme colored Pastel. This morph offers great opportunity and value for the budget-minded enthusiast.
